Ron Shemesh, M.D.
Dr. Shemesh is the Medical Director at Mind, Body, Spirit Care in Tampa, Florida. He is a graduate of Rutgers University and New York Medical College. He has been a clinical instructor at Bellvue Hospital and New York Medical Center. His practice is oriented towards natural/holistic medicine and his educational specialties are women's health, weight loss and anti-aging medicine.

Carol L. Roberts, M.D
Founder and Medical Director of Wellness Works in Brandon, Florida. She graduated from Harvard University and the University of Texas Medical School specializing in Otolaryngology and Emergency Medicine. Her practice is oriented towards natural/holistic medicine and she is the host of a weekly radio program. Her educational specialties are diabetes, heart disease and women's health issues.

Stan Headley, M.D., N.D.
Dr. Headley is the Chief Medical Officer of Växa International. He has degrees in Medicine from Spartan Health Sciences University and Naturopathy from Southwest College Tempe-Scottsdale. Dr. Headley was in private practice for several years before becoming a consultant to the health community in the areas of operations management, process improvement, productivity improvement, business development and customer relations. His educational specialties include weight loss/nutrition, gastrointestinal health, heart health and integrated medicine.

Fred Harvey, M.D.
Dr. Harvey is a Board Certified Internist and Geriatrician. In addition to modern medical techniques, Dr. Harvey and his staff employ a variety of complementary health and wellness techniques including vitamin therapy, nutritional supplementation, herbal preparations, EDTA chelation therapy and others to provide a comprehensive, fully integrated treatment plan designed specifically for the needs of each individual.
Dr. Harvey's office deals with a wide range of medical problems including arthritis, diabetes, elevated cholesterol, bowel and digestive disorders, obesity, cardiovascular disorders, high blood pressure, respiratory disorders, skin disorder, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and immune dysfunction syndrome, allergies, cancer and a wide variety of other illnesses.

Elaine Zwelling, RN, Ph.D., LCCE, FACCE
Dr. Elaine Zwelling has been involved in maternal-newborn health care for 33 years. She has a bachelors and masters degree in nursing and a Ph.D. in Family Relations and Human Development. Dr. Zwelling was a Professor of Maternal-Newborn Nursing for 23 years at both Capital University and The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, where she taught both undergraduate and graduate students and conducted research. She is currently working as a senior consultant with Phillips & Fenwick, a women's health consulting firm. She is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Pampers Parenting Institute and is a contributing author to the Pampers.com website. Dr. Zwelling is the co-author of a maternal-newborn undergraduate nursing textbook for W.B. Saunders (Maternal-Newborn Nursing: Theory and Practice) and has published a number of professional journal articles related to maternal-newborn health care and childbirth education. Dr. Zwelling is certified by Lamaze international as a childbirth educator and is a Fellow in the American College of Childbirth Educators. She has taught Lamaze childbirth classes for 25 years and teaches seminars and continuing education workshops for childbirth educators and perinatal nurses. She is a member of the National Faculty of Lamaze International and directs the Lamaze International Childbirth Educator Program in the College of Public Health at the University of South Florida.

David Bens, CPT, Personal Fitness Trainer
David has worked with some of the largest and most successful fitness companies in the United States and Canada. He has specialized in the development of customer needs assessment and programs to monitor satisfaction and progress. He is currently designing and implementing a new comprehensive assessment and fitness prescription program, which identifies the best possible fitness program based on an individuals body type, metabolism, time available and lifestyle preferences. David has written the exercise and fitness chapter for the book entitled Healthy @ Work.

Deniese Kragel, CPT, Nutritional Specialist
Deniese Kragel has been involved in the field of fitness for 21 years. Shapes Family Fitness, Inc. grew to over 16 health clubs with over 700 employees during her tenure. The former Mrs. Florida has earned professional certification from the American Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Other credentials include certification from the Southeast Back Institute, American Council on Exercise (ACE), and Step Reebok. Deniese is a Certified Nutritional Specialist, Certified Personal Trainer, Motivational Speaker and Lecturer, contributing author to
Healthy @ Work, Professional Model and Exercise Instructor for Preschool Age Children.
Currently she conducts "Lifestyle Change Class" workshops based on a curriculum she created. Her passion is to teach others how to "stop dieting, stop counting calories, get fit and feel better."

Myra S. McPherson, LMHC, Ph.D
Dr. McPherson has over 20 years experience as a trainer and consultant on a wide range of mental health topics including child development, family counseling, quality service management and leadership. Some specific training topics have included:
· Working with Difficult People.
· Stress and Burnout for the Home Visitor.
· Stress - How We Give Our Energy Away.
Recently Dr. McPherson became a certified counselor for Heart Math, a unique program with ten years of outstanding success helping organizations to reduce stress in the workplace as well as address other stress related illnesses.
Dr. McPherson has been in her own private Psychotherapy practice since 1990 and has worked for such clients as Sarasota Memorial Hospital, Florida State University, leadership Dynamic Resources, Inc., Goodwill Industries and the U.S. Department of Labor.

Dr. Shelly C. Kennedy
Dr. Kennedy has been a Chiropractic Physician in Sarasota for over 10 years specializing in holistic health care. Her integrated approach includes the patient's full participation in all parts of the healing process as well as the possible involvement of her colleagues that include a Naturopath, an Acupuncturist and a Massage Therapist. Dr. O'Connell has over 20 years experience as an acupuncture physician with in-depth knowledge of herbs in the treatment of both chronic and acute illnesses. Dr. O'Connell is also the Chief Executive Officer of the East-West College of Natural Medicine, one of the premier acupuncture colleges in North America.

David Rosensweet, M.D.
Dr. Rosensweet practices natural medicine and has 30 years of experience in the general area of internal medicine. Doctor Rosensweet has developed special expertise in the areas of cardiovascular disease and women's concerns related to menopause. Doctor Rosensweet has two offices, one in Naples, FL and the other in Sarasota, FL.
